Susan J Flynn is a highly experienced trial lawyer who has tried over 50 cases to verdict in Vermont. She started her legal career at the Boston office of Nixon Peabody before moving to Vermont, where she practiced landed with the firm of Dinse Erdman and Clapp. Susan spent the past 25 years practicing with the firm of Clark, Werner & Flynn. Susan is the past President of the Vermont chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a prestigious organization of civil trial advocates from both the plaintiffs’ and defense bars, whose members are selected by their peers. Susan has been recognized for excellence in civil litigation by Lawyers of Distinction, and recognized as Woman of the Year by the National Organization of Professional Women.
